I'm partnering with a top-tier independent investment bank to add an Associate to their growing FinTech team in New York. This is a high-visibility seat working directly under two senior leaders with deep sector expertise, offering exceptional deal exposure, mentorship, and a clear runway for growth.
The Opportunity
- Join a well-established FinTech franchise with a strong pipeline of M&A and strategic advisory mandates.
- Work closely with senior bankers on the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through execution and close.
- Gain meaningful client exposure and early responsibility on live deals rather than getting lost in a large, siloed team.
What We're Looking For
- 1st or 2nd year Associate, ideally an Analyst-to-Associate promote or a recent MBA Associate.
- Strong M&A deal experience, ideally across FinTech, Technology, Professional Services, or FIG.
- Solid technical foundation: financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
- Sharp, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
